Spectators: Free admission, open to the public. No tickets required.
Our optional "BBQ PreCheck" service is highly recommended to eat first and skip the general line. Please refer to the "Meat Meet Promotions" section on this page for more information.
We strongly recommend arriving between 11 AM - 1 PM to get ahead of the lines and ensure your favorite BBQ items do not sell out.
Showcase vehicles: $25 General Showcase fee (or $15 prepay) required to showcase your car across the grasslands and hop vines. See the "Registration" section for details.

Raffles are drawn approximately 1:30 PM near either a sponsor tent or the B&B tent. Winners must be present to be eligible for prizes. There are a lot of prizes and the drawings will move FAST.

The Readington Brewery and Hop Farm is located on private property. Please exercise A+ behavior so we may continue to host exciting and delicious events here.
Excessive revving, loud noises, disruptive behavior, failure to comply with staff/venue rules, etc. will result in your removal from the premises and being banned from future events.
Beer is available at the brewery (21+). We encourage you to tip the bartenders for their service.

Rain Date
NJ weather is certainly unpredictable. We are actively monitoring the weather conditions. If rain is on the forecast, we will cancel the event and provide updates.All sales final. No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to redeem.

Vehicle Showcase

ALL vehicle types will be showcased across the grasslands and hop vines.Registration is required to showcase your car. All others will be directed to the spectator lot.
If you are only spectating, you do not need to register. Spectators and non-registered vehicles will be directed to the spectator lot behind the venue.

A $25 General Showcase fee on arrival (or $15 prepay) is required to showcase your car on the grasslands and hop vines. Registration is critical to our planning process and will be strictly adhered when it comes to staging vehicles.The (optional) VIP Showcase Package is $65. It covers the general fee and includes VIP showcase staging, BBQ PreCheck, B&B merch and products, raffle tickets, etc. See the "VIP Showcase Package" section for details.
Approval
Email #1: Confirmation emails are sent within 48+ hours. For example, if you register on a Wednesday, you'll receive a confirmation email by Friday. Be sure to check your junk folders and email entered at registration.
Email #2: Your exact arrival time (between 9:00-10:30 AM) and instructions will be sent by Saturday afternoon immediately before the event.
Staging
All registered cars are staged based on space and availability. We will prioritize our creative vision when staging vehicles. VIP Showcase Package vehicles will receive preferential consideration.For unregistered cars, there are no guarantees on space, availability, and staging location. For example, if you show up spontaneously with your registered friends, you are not guaranteed placement together. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to register to be part of our planning process so we can properly showcase everyone's vehicles.

Arrival Information
Showcase cars will be instructed via email to arrive at staggered times between 9:00 - 10:30 AM (your exact time will be sent separately).
Be prepared to provide your name to our Pit Crew team at the entrance who will validate your showcase option and distribute your items.
A card will be placed on your windshield to guide our team in arranging your car. You may remove the card after parking.
Late Arrivals
Showcase cars arriving late risk forfeiting their original staging location. We will make every attempt to accommodate you, but cannot make any promises once spectators begin to arrive.
We will not be able to respond to any questions the morning of Meat Meet.

Early registration is important for inclusion in our staging plans and preparation. We will prioritize registered cars. Non-registered cars have no guarantees for staging and location and will be subject to space and availability. They will otherwise be directed to the spectator lot behind the venue.
You must be able to arrive early and stay the duration of the event. If you cannot, let us know during registration as this will impact where your vehicle is staged.
Requests received beyond the deadline are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee your request will be reviewed.

Requirements
For 2024, we have introduced two types of Meat Meets... specialty showcase meets and open showcase.
Majority of our Meat Meet events are open showcase, allowing any registered car to be featured. Our specialty Meat Meet events showcase specific car categories and classes (see specific events for details).
Registration
Registration is required to showcase your car on the grasslands and hop vines. All other cars will be directed to the spectator lot.

On the day of Meat Meet, you can identify members of our Pit Crew team by their bright B&B shirts or white safety vests.
They will be positioned at the entrance to greet you and dispersed throughout the fields guiding showcase cars.
Additional Pit Crew members will be under the Brakes & Briskets tent keeping you fed and hydrated.
